The only question to ask yourself this weekend

Tahiti coast, by Robert Preinfalk

Well hello there, smart, amazing human.

Today, I just want to ask you two simple, but pretty important questions:

What if you didn't need to be improved?

What if you could trust that you are already perfect?

How would you feel?

Pause.

Think about it.

Imagine what it would be like to believe that you are perfect as is.

Drop into your body and notice how it feels.

Pretty good, right?

Congratulations!

You have just achieved ALL your goals for 'self-improvement'.

And discovered that you can actually feel amazing without learning twelve languages, founding a unicorn (or two), raising three somewhat sane geniuses, becoming perfect at scheduling, having amazing abs, or traveling to Tahiti.

You don't need to be 'improved' - you're perfect.

And that feeling is accessible to you whenever you want - you don't need to wait until you create the masterwork, speak at TED, win the award.

All you need to do is take that feeling - and go play.

The achievements, the trips, the accolades - they're just a fun bonus.

Have an amazing weekend,

Else a.k.a. Coach Kramer

P.S. Want to learn how to access this feeling on a day-to-day basis, and work on your goals from that space? Then send me a DM to learn how we can work together.
